Project Manager needed for steam turbine department in Rugby
Our Client is a global leader in the world of power generation and sets the benchmark for innovative and environmentally friendly technologies. The company designs, manufactures and supplies state-of-the-art products and systems to the power generation - for gas, coal, and hydro power plants - and industrial markets
Your Role is:
The purpose of the job is the representation and protection of our clients interests in the frame of managed project. The main aim of this role is to lead the Project team and to ensure that each team member is fully committed and motivated to deliver the projects to customers’ satisfaction, in line with contractual requirements, whilst ensuring maximum commercial benefit to our client.
Main Tasks Include:
Entire scope of the project from time of taking it over from sales manager until FAC is received,
Contacts and managing the relationships with customer and any another parties (external/internal) involved into project execution process
Leadership, coaching and coordination and facilitation of project team to ensure maximum empowerment continued focus and action on the right priorities throughout the Project execution
Financial control of the project and responsibility for financial indicators,

Hours of Work 37 hours per week.(flexi-time)
Holiday Entitlement 25 days per year basic entitlement. Floating bank holidays – agreed annually. Holiday pro-rata during 1st year of employment.
