WANTED! PROJECT MANAGERS WITH HEALTH AND RETAIL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE!!
A well respected consultancy based in Birmingham is looking for an individual to join their Project Management team.
My client has projects up to the value of £200 million across a range of sectors. Current projects on site include a multi million pound student accommodation development, large retail and heritage projects.
Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers wishing to apply must have experience of working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager and ideally be able to bring business to the company. Individuals with PFI, PPP, health , rail and education construction experience are of particular interest to my client.
My client is willing to pay a very competitive salary for this position and the individual will also be rewarded for business developed as well.
Experience
Construction consultancy experience as well Project Management experience is necessary. Equally important is a knowledge of construction methods, analytical planning, commercial issues and to have managerial skills. Particular management experience would relate to consultant designers, contracting design and the build environment.
Individuals with PFI, PPP, health, rail and education construction experience are of particular interest to my client.
Qualifications
RICS or MCIOB would be preferred, although not a necessity |
