Exciting opportunities for experienced and recently qualified project managers, who have a chartered building surveying, quantity surveying or engineering background.
Candidates should have a good mix of experience possibly on large retail/commercial development projects and/or new build hotels and/or health & science. Excellent pre-contract documentation knowledge is required together with the ability to set up and use project management tools such as project handbooks and project execution plans.
Experience in the role of Employers Agent and/or Contract Administrator will also be an advantage. These roles are client facing and require excellent interpersonal skills.
