Freelance Project Engineers required for government services development in west Midlands with M&E value exceeding £10 million. Electrical services include lighting, alarm systems, access control and security/CCTV equipment. Mechanical services include HVAC, ducting, pipework, plumbing and all associated services. Main contractor looking for 1x elec bias and 1x mech bias engineers to oversee respective areas. Duties will include managing trades and labour, ordering materials, liaising with clients/design team and general project management. Duration of 12 months.
