The ability to manage a variety of projects on a design & build, traditional and partnering basis
Ensuring the delivery of project to time, budget and quality
Maintain the highest standards of safety
Eliminate non-recoverable costs
Achieve a quality ’trouble free’ handover to the clients satisfaction
Ability to prioritise & communicate effectively
Capable of leading and motivating a team
ACIOB/MCIOB preferable but not essential
4 Day First Aid Certificate Essential
5 Day CITB Health & Safety Certificate Essential
CSCS preferred
