The firm has been established 28 years acting nationally from its central base in Birmingham. They provide a wide range of property services, including: agency, further education, regeneration, delapidations and schedules of condition, rating, development, investment and management.
You will be responsible for managing a variety of high profile clients, including Financial Service Providers, Banks, Insurance Companies, Funds and Major Corporate Organisations.
Your main focus will be within valuations, managing and developing a well established client base. The structure of the practice will allow clear career progression very quicky as you will be seen as a key figure in the planned growth. Ideally you will be recently qualified (MRICS) and have experience from a valuation, agency and/or management background within greater Birmingham. This varied and diverse opportunity requires good relationship building skills and you will benefit from having the flexibility and freedom to target both existing and new clients of your choice.
