My client is a leading supplier of property services to owners and occupiers in the UK industrial, office, retail and leisure and residential sectors through over 1,400 people in 26 locations. Services include agency, asset management, building consultancy, business recovery, corporate real estate services, investment, landlord & tenant, planning and valuations; and they are experts in residential land and mixed-use developments. They also offer a complete range of financial services to the property sector and plant & machinery valuations and sales. Building consultancy services are structured into three primary areas; in this instance you will be part of the building surveying team: due diligence services, surveys, condition reports, defects diagnosis, dilapidations advice, refurbishment and repair advice and management, fire insurance valuations and party wall awards. These services are provided from a network UK Offices and from some of the overseas locations. The team of some 140 Partners and staff offer locally based resources backed by company wide information and support. This allows them to provide competitively priced services tailored to the client’s requirements but with the benefit of specialist knowledge and experience. The Building Consultancy team is within the top three largest in the UK and can call upon a large number of surveyors and project managers to satisfy any programme.
