A further opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a developing team within the country’s leading multi disciplinary organisation to support its’ continued growth and success. The right candidate will join an established multi disciplinary team in the Midlands and take on a challenging role that will include working on new and existing commissions for Central Government, MOD Housing, Local Authority and Blue Chip Clients to provide all core Building Surveying services which will include: General surveys, Design, Specification and Contract Administration, Building Pathology, Party Wall matters, and Disabled Access matters. The position is ideal for a proactive high achiever keen to enhance their surveying capabilities, and fully develop their potential. Full support will be given towards achieving RICS APC. The team carries out a wide range of core Building Surveying, Project Management and Contract Administration duties across various commissions in both the public and private sectors. Reporting to team leaders / managers, the scope of this role is likely to encompass a wide variety of duties. You will have a BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent and be working towards membership of RICS; Used to working for varied and multiple clients on a consultancy basis with particular emphasis in government and corporate sectors advantageous.
