Purpose
To service and maintain building services within the site
Key responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining all building services, to include:
• Air conditioning and refrigeration plant,
• Boilers and steam system handling
• Industrial space heating
• Boilers and steam system handling
Essential
• Support qualification (s) required
The company are offering a very attractive package for the role which includes a basic salary of £27000 plus overtime which should enable you to take home a salary of between £30000 and £35000, a company pension scheme is also provided.
