A Corporate Approved Inspector providing professional services throughout the United Kingdom, they are ideally seeking candidates who have full membership of RICS/ABE/MBEng or equivalent with experience in commercial and residential building control.
The post involves responding to customer enquires, checking plans and undertaking site inspections to ensure compliance with the Building Regulations, providing advice on Building Regulations, Dangerous Structures and Access issues and promoting high levels of customer care.
