An exciting opportunity for either an intermediate or associate level Chartered Valuation Surveyor to make their mark within one of the UK’s leading independent property consultants in a bustling office location in the Midlands has just arrived. Undertaking transactions and providing advice in a wide range of commercial sector settings, the role will include: Valuation, Agency, Development, Compensation, Landlord and Tenant and General Professional skills for a range of public sector and private clients; Compensation work with acquiring authorities and Utility Companies will be a key aspect of the role. You’ll be promoting the profile of the firm within the Midlands market by developing existing client relationships, identifying key contacts and exploring new business opportunities. You will be a hardworking, proactive and enthusiastic professional who is used to working within a team and can learn from and contribute to the firms varied skills and expertise. The appropriate package commensurate with experience will be offered.
