With extensive and a broad range of post qualification experience you will be undertaking relatively complex instructions with minimal supervision, assisting and leading junior members of the department, direct liaison with clients, working in teams including with other departments, supporting the Director and identifying work opportunities are the key responsibilities of this role. You will also provide comprehensive advice to clients, carry out instructions to satisfactory completion, provide technical advice and support to the consultancy team as a senior team member and work closely with Agency and Valuation departments to provide strategic property advice. You shall already have a good knowledge of technical matters and related property issues; be able to lead and supervise other staff in undertaking instructions; able to undertake business development work with a strong level of commercial awareness. You will have good negotiation skills to achieve best commercial outcomes and be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities, i.e. able to grasp issues quickly, get to the core of complete problems and identity priorities.
