My client is looking for an ambitious surveyor for the expanding building surveying team within the Birmingham city centre office. Day to day duties will include the following; site inspections, desk and field-based research, preparation of draft reports, preparation of letters relating to all aspects of development and valuation process, and providing support to senior staff. As the role develops, you will work more independently, directly with clients and spend an increasing amount of time out of the office.
