Key Accountabilities :
- Enforce Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Effectively support the development of Works
- Achieve the highest standards of quality, service and presentation of the
- Support the effectively delivery of Operational works
- Foster client relationships and develop a culture of trust and respect particularly with Land
- Securities Trillium's Technical Team
- Provide engineering support
- Monitor changes in legislation and support the dissemination into the teams
- Ensure company compliance with statutory regulations
- Liaise with LST's Technical Team on technical issues and provide cost effective solutions.
- Liaise with outside agencies on technical matters
- Support the operations teams in control and management of specialist sub-contractors where necessary |
