Due to our continued success we are now keen to recruit a Senior Estimating professional to be based from our Birmingham office on challenging and interesting construction projects the majority of which are Design and Build. Projects can vary in size from £1m to £25m in the commercial, industrial, hotel and leisure, education and health sectors.
Drawing on your extensive knowledge from a similar sector of the construction industry, you will deliver a total estimating service from receipt of Tender documentation to final adjudication/negotiation stages.
