A leading groundwork's contractor is currently recruiting for experienced Quantity Surveyors to strengthen there commercial division for projects in the Midlands area. At present the company has an annual turnover of circa £8/9m with an average of project work being £1.5m. You will be joining a respected groundwork's contractor that has repeat business from major clients.
Reporting directly to the commercial manager this role will involve site measures, valuations, final accounts, variation accounts, contractual notice and correspondence, checking and assisting in the production of tender documentation, preparation of pre-qualifications and monthly reports and forecasts.
Candidates must have experience at a similar level working for a main civil contractor. A Quantity Surveying qualification will be essential. In return you will be given fantastic promotion prospects due to the expansion of the company and be able to work in a friendly Company environment.
