An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to be based in the Birmingham office with occasional visits to other offices on an as required basis.
This position will give the successful applicant the chance to utilise their commercial skills and experience in supporting the rail business.
Responsibilities:
Provide support, advice and assistance pre and post contract
Review contract terms and conditions
Support financial management of projects
Ensure activities align with corporate guidelines and policies
Requirements:
The successful applicant will ideally be from a Quantity Surveying background
Understanding of contract management and administration
Experience of the rail industry would be an advantage but is not essential
Experience of reviewing contract terms and conditions
Good communicator
