Our client is a multi-disciplined civil engineering contractor that has numerous projects being carried out across the Midlands region. As a result of work load a host of positions have been made available and there is currently a need for experienced and graduate level setting out engineers.
Key Responsibilities will be setting out, line & level and reporting to the Senior engineer / Site Agent. Some supervision of sub contractors and company operatives may be required. The Engineer will also be required to complete company standard returns and reports, cover quality control and show awareness and demonstrate implementation of all site safety measures at all times. All applicants must be experienced in total station and laser levels etc.
Projects will include highways, infrastructure, water and general civils. Experience with a civils contractor will be preferred but as stated graduate level applicants will be accepted as there is an appropriate graduate scheme in place.
The client are expecting to pay a salary ranging from £25K - £35K plus an excellent benefits package which includes a bonus, a very generous car allowance, mileage / fuel card, BUPA, Pension, Life Insurance and 25 day holidays per annum.
