What is the Role?
International design consultancy require a senior design engineer to work within their rail department focusing on both bridges and structural projects from their Birmingham office. You will be required to undertake and or lead engineering activities within the organization, in respect of both design of rail structures / bridges and consultancy services. You will also be expected to provide technical support and assistance to colleagues and junior members of staff.
Responsibilities include
· Delivering engineering (design and consultancy) specific tasks;
· Contributing to the engineering input to engineering (design and consultancy) projects;
· Contributing to the engineering input to multi disciplinary railway engineering projects.
· On smaller projects, act as the lead on the above tasks.

· Degree in Civil Engineering
