Rail Site Manager - West Midlands - £34k - £38k
Role Description The Rail Site Manager will be required to deliver various and rail civil engineering projects, including - Station building refurbishments, - Platform works - Access road modifications - Footpath regeneration - Depot projects
The Rail Site Manager will organise and manage the workforce and sub-contractors on site and be able to produce and manage all site paperwork including method statements and risk assessments. The projects are medium size and worth up to £7m in value. The Civil Site Manager will have excellent communication skills and be able to create a strong team environment.
Required Experience A civil qualification is preferable, be it HND, HNC or Degree. This is not essential, as experience is the most important thing. Experience is required in the production of method statements, risk assessments and all other paperwork associated with site management. You will have a proven track record of managing a workforce and sub contractors within a heavy civils environment.
