Drawing to the end of an AMP period may seem a strange time to still be high demand for team leaders but our client still do have a substantial amount of work on. They are keen to hear from people who are interested in taking on a Design Team Leader role.
As such you will be leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver on varying different projects which may include but are not limited to Water and Wastewater Treatment upgrades, infrastructure new house build designs, Wastewater Networks upgrades, Water Supply network upgrades, but could also include any new build, quality improvements and asset maintenance on Water Assets within the UK.
Ideally our client is looking for someone who has a proven background in water and/or wastewater design, with experience in designs and specifications for water and wastewater projects, which will have included treatment works, pumping stations and pipelines. Ideally with a BEng or similar, however our client is more than happy to consider applicant who can demonstrate extensive previous experience.
You will also ideally have led or be looking for that step up of leading a multi-disciplinary team. You will take ownership for your individual work output, whilst showing an understanding of project management tools and methodologies and be capable of delivering technical work to time and cost targets under the direction of the project manager
