Civils / Rail Site Agent - North West region
An opportunity for a Site Agent to join a large main civil engineering contractor
Salary: Starting from £38,000 per annum + Car + Pension
Role Description
A Civil Site Agent is required to deliver various rail and civils projects ranging from Lancashire to the Midlands. The Site Agent will be required to;
-Successfully lead and manage a workforce
-Manage Sub Contractors
-Liaise with clients over planning and potential issues with the projects
-Provide technical advice to staff on site
-Produce site paperwork efficiently, including work package plans
-Deliver Projects from conception to completion
Required Experience
The successful Site Agent will have a sound level of experience in civils projects, supported by a civil engineering qualification (HNC, HND, ONC or Degree). Experience in a rail civils environment would be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits
£38,000 - £43,000, car or car allowance, pension and private healthcare.
