Multi Skilled Engineer
Mobile Multi-Skilled To undertake the maintenance and repair of the plant at the above sites providing the broad range of his/her technical disciplines. Responsible for planned and reactive tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Carry out weekly/monthly PPMs to allotted sites and any reactive works. Be available during normal hours to assist other team members. Complete and comply with all administration work (EWS, Expenses, and Mileage etc). Provide an appropriate response to emergency situations.
MAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Internal: Portfolio Managers, Other mobile technician/engineers, Support teams. External: The Clients, Tenants, Specialist sub contractors/suppliers.
ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES: Excellent communications skills (telephone manner as well as face to face). Strong customer care focus. Maintain and repair in total compliance with job specifications. Liaise and co-operate with sub contractors and other visiting service disciplines. Be pro active and capable of anticipating potential faults. Self motivating due to being mobile but also a strong team player. Formal training in electrical is required. The role requires an individual to be quite resourceful and be able to put their hand to almost anything (Building services). Full Driving license.
DESIRABLE COMPETENCIES: Broad range of technical disciplines. Knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive works. Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
Skills : Multi skilled with electrical bias prefered for mobile role. must have retail experience. 16th / 17th Edition
