Due to further expansion, UK building services arm of a very successful global company currently have a requirement for an electrical estimator.

SALARY: £30,000 - £35,000 + company car + pension + private healthcare + mobile phone + other benefits.
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES: Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Kidderminster, Nuneaton, Tamworth, Cannock, Telford.

THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be expected to prepare various electrical estimates from drawings and specifications for full electrical turnkey projects with over a million pound values. This will involve you examining tender documents, advising managers of bid prospects, and liaising with various departments along with dealing with the preparation of Sub-Contractor enquiries.
You will become part of an already successful team of M & E Estimators, working on a variety of projects within the education, custodial, residential and retail sectors. There is full involvement from receipt of the enquiry right through until final pricing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrical estimator to join a company with a superb reputation within their market. Future progression is very clear and realistic for the suitable candidate.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> Electrical estimation/ contract management experience essential.
> Experience dealing with large electrical tenders essential.
> Negotiation and tender drawing experience.
> High level of customer communication and commercial knowledge.
> Ideally you come from an electrical installation contracting background
