We currently have a requirement for a Contracts Manager to work for one of the UK''s fastest growing building services companies based in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of various contracts, man management of engineering and office staff dealing direct with clients, pricing of service contracts and project works. A drive to progress and build on the already successful business A formal trade back ground is essential.
The ideal candidate would currently be working in a similar role or a highly experienced supervisor looking to advance his career. A good knowledge of electrical, heating or air conditioning would be essential, some formal management qualification (MBIFM, IOSH, NEBOSH) would be preferred but is not essential. |
