THE ROLE: Fulfilling this unique and pivotal role within the organisation, you will coordinate, manage and control the pre-tender estimates of the Midlands region, ensuring all specifications and schedules are accurate and client expectations exceeded. You will be expected to distribute all estimating tasks efficiently and effectively in response to received enquiries.
You will need to be able to manage numerous full mechanical and electrical turnkey installation projects at once, and lead a very determined and successful team of building services estimators. Market sectors that you will be working within include educational, custodial, retail and residential.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: > Qualified to a minimum HNC, ideally degree level.
> You could currently be a Project Manager holding excellent estimation knowledge.
> You will have previous experience of leading multi-million pound building services bids and tenders.
> Full Driving License
> It is essential that you are installation biased.
> Strong commercial and team leading skills critical.
