A leading supplier of purpose built components for the Automotive industry now seek to strengthen their engineering team by recruiting a Supplier Development Engineer.
Working Days, (Monday to Thursday 0800-1615 & Friday 0800-1430) you will be responsible for the evaluation of new and existing suppliers as well as new process development including FMEA, CP, PPAP etc. You will be involved in the monitoring and deployment of quality and process requirements throughout the supplier network and improvement initiatives including Lean and DMAIC methodology.
Experience of working within a similar position within the automotive industry would be advantageous as would a working knowledge of TS16949 auditing.
This position will offer successful candidates a salary of c£26,000 plus pension scheme and 33 days holiday (including stats).
