Position Description:
Process Planning Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering
Skills Required:
Carryout process planning responsibilities for New Programs and Model Year Actions in line with a GPDS timeframe and Gateway deliverables. Provide Manufacturing feasibility using Virtual and Quality Planning Toolsets. Create automated assembly process sheets. Knowledge and experience of client corporate systems.
Skills Preferred:
An ability to access and manipulate CAD geometry, able to carryout simple CAD process simulations.
Experience Required:
Extensive Automotive experience.
Experience Preferred:
Experience within the Trim, Electrical Distribution System, Chassis & Final Assembly environment.
Education Required:
Candidates with essential skills will be considered. HNC/HND
Education Preferred:
Relevant Manufacturing Engineering Degree
