An automotive OEM requires a Calibration Engineer Position Description: Experience in SW Development and testing in automotive environments ideally EMS OBD related. Proven record of project leadership & delivery of SW functionality, inc. diagnostics, to meet cost & Performance / attribute targets. Experience with EMS software specifications / mechanisations. Understanding of Diesel after-treatment and / or engine diagnostic strategies. Electronic systems engineering experience. Calibration tool knowledge. Excellent Supplier Liaison, communication and Management skills. Strong understanding & application of Design quality tools (DFMEA, Robustness, etc). Self Motivated, enthusiastic and a Good Team Player. Skills Required: Green Belt trained. Canalyser / INCA experience. Matlab / simulink data measurement and analysis. Good analytical skills & PC literate. Working knowledge of client project delivery processes GPDS, eFDVS. Working knowledge of client change management processes including AIMS, WERS. Good PC skills including Microsoft Office and MSProject. Full Driving licence. Willingness to travel.
