An automotive OEM requires a Brakes Quality PMST Leader.
Position Description: Brakes Quality PMST Leader, responsible for the analysis and definition of Brakes Quality and other Current Vehicle problems and for the design, development and engineering release of solutions.
Skills Required: Must have demonstrable leadership skills with technical systems delivery experience. Must be a good team player with the ability to manage their workload and work on their own initiative. Must have good verbal and written communication skills to report technical issues across all levels. Must demonstrate proactive delivery and commitment to meeting deadlines. Must have a working knowledge of client engineering disciplines and understand and use key client delivery systems( WERS, AIMS, etc.) and must be flexible with regard to multiple site working.
Experience Required: Must have a working knowledge of client engineering disciplines, with a demonstrable in-depth knowledge of the Brakes systems and components. Strong experience of related systems may be considered.
Experience Preferred: Experience of product quality and warranty analysis would be beneficial
Education Required: Educated to HNC / HND level or equivalent.
Education Preferred: Educated to Degree level.
