Multi-skilled maintenance engineer working for an established manufacturer of sealants. Our client currently turns over £1.2 Billion and is looking to grow by a further 6% by 2010.
MULTI-SKILLED ENGINEER
£25000 + OTE £30000 + 3% Contributory Pension + 28days holiday
Role Description
The successful candidate will be carrying out routine maintenance alongside a committed multi-skilled team. With 60% of the time it being reactive you will be expected to think on your feet. Duties will include fault-finding on PLC's such as Siemens Step 7, making modifications and replacements to existing machinery. Although you will be from an electrical bias, you will have a mechanical appreciation on hydraulics and pneumatics.
Required Experience
The successful candidate will come from a multi-skilled maintenance background. Although what is more important is the desire to recruit a candidate who strives at doing the job to the best of their ability.
The successful candidate will benefit from in house training. This is an excellent opportunity to join a secure and expanding company.
