The Role
Due to an organisation restructure the company are building up an Independent Technical support area to support the project engineers and managers, the role will be a great stepping stone for a graduate and develop into. The candidate will develop the technical competences of the company, responsible for liaising with customers and the company's German contacts, management of software licenses and overall technical support when assisting in customer specifications and presentations.
Required Experience The company look to meet a graduate with an engineering or technical degree. They require excellent communication skills and attention to detail with the initiative and confidence to offer technical support.
