CIVILS SITE AGENTS/ SENIOR SITE AGENTS-/HIGHWAYS/ROADS/MIDLANDS
My client, a multi-national civil engineering contractor seeks Site Agents for a number of projects that are in progress across the Midlands. Specialising in highways, roadworks, structures and utilities this contractor has a healthy annual turnover and is renowned for rewarding their staff accordingly.
We are looking for Site Agents with experience working for a Civil Main contractor (essential) and ideally Site Engineers who are looking to become Sub Agents /Site Agents in the next 6-12months.
You will have knowledge of Health & Safety issues, managing productivity, planning and programming, cost and value, and an understanding of profit and loss on Highways schemes. You should hold a CSCS card and be NRSWA (New Roads and Street Works Act) qualified.
This is a very involved and challenging role and a large amount of flexibility and dedication is required.
In exchange for this hard work and dedication, my client will pay a starting salary of £30,000 - £40,000 + Generous Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare and bonus scheme.
