Our client is currently seeking a position for a Senior Land Quality Consultant to join their team in Cardiff.
Our Client is seeking energetic and innovative staff who can assist in the design, winning and delivery of their solutions oriented service to their existing and new blue chip clients. The position is primarily in support of their UK clients but support to international projects is required from time to time.

Our Client operates a matrix management system and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own workload to deliver performance targets set by the business and in particular the Regional Director and Technical Lead of the Land Quality practice in the UK.
Qualifications and Experience.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate good experience of design, planning and delivery of contaminated land desk studies, site investigations, risk assessment (qualitative and quantitative) methodologies and remediation projects. A good understanding of current UK environmental regulation is required, with experience of CLEA being advantageous. A range of land quality experience, including gasworks contaminated land, defence, petrochemical, railway and work with utilities and or water companies is expected.
The successful candidate will have strong experience, and are likely to have a Masters Degree or equivalent in a suitable discipline and an excellent understanding of UK contaminated land legislation and processes. A UK driving licence is essential.
