Senior Cost Manager is required to work on a range of major building projects across Wales and the South of England. Based in Cardiff, the successful candidate will be involved in a variety of prestigious projects; current projects being worked on include a Welsh Assembly Government regional centre in Aberystwyth, the Spires Centre regeneration programme in Newport and a high end senior living development in Surrey.
