We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Main Build Contractor based in Cardiff. You will be running 2-3 sites at any given time and will take your sites through from conception through to completion.
The majority of the company’s projects are new builds or refurbs worth circa £5m and experience of this level of design and build is advantageous. They try and work on the most prestigious projects in the area and have a history of winning and completing on time key contracts.
Alongside a competitive base salary they offer pension, car allowance, health care as well as site completion bonus. You will have a set career path and being a slightly smaller company individual needs can be accommodated.
