We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a Contractor based in Neath. The company is a regional developer who pride themselves on being part of the community. You will be working in a highly productive established and friendly atmosphere with a clear role and clear promotion/pay rise criteria. The company is not lost in red tape and take the time to look after the staff they have.
You will be working on a number of projects ranging from £200,000 to £2m. The company has roughly 6-8 projects on at any given time and you will be responsible for half of these. You will be expected to have a presence on site however the role is head office based.
