We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a Housing / Residential Contractor based in Cardiff. The company is a large regional developer who currently out of the Cardiff office are running between 8-10 sites. These sites are usually around 30-50 units and are generally deemed ‘high spec’. They try to build 6plus types on any site and work in conjunction with potential buyers from as soon as possible to make the units as bespoke as possible.
They are looking for a Surveyor who has residential experience, capable of working on multi sites whilst being based at head office. Your role will be to take all sites from conception through to completion and finish off final accounts.
