4. Tender enquiries
5. Advice on contractual matters
6. Contract forecast
7. Precontract negotiation
8. Placing orders
9. Bond and Warranty agreements
10. Cost report
11. Interim valuations and payment
12. Site measurement
13. Subcontract packages, meetings and selection
14. Final accounts
15. Attending site meetings
