A Cost Manager is required to work on a range of major building projects across Wales and the South of England. Based in Cardiff, the successful candidate will be involved in a variety of prestigious projects. Current projects being worked on include the Welsh Assembly Government regional centre in Aberystwyth, the Spires Centre regeneration programme in Newport and a high end senior living development in Surrey.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of commercial/ mixed use, residential or public sector projects and will possess excellent technical and communication skills in order to fulfil the requirements of this client facing role. Ideally you will be degree qualified and chartered or working towards your APC.
