Job Description As a consequence of our increasing workload in North Wales and as a part of the continued integration with another Group, our Client is expanding into the existing Group office in Colwyn Bay. We are looking for an Associate QS to be permanently based in Colwyn Bay to lead the team.
You will play a key role in developing internal and external work in the region. You must have a demonstrable track record in business development, managing and leading project delivery teams and delivering excellent financial performance.
Working as a member of our clients North West management team you will also be involved in the delivery existing commissions, I various sectors, regionally and internationally.

Required Skills
RICS qualified with a number of years post qualification experience in a Consultancy environment Strong track record in North Wales with the ability to demonstrate a progressive career path Excellent communication skills, the ability to lead teams and a proactive approach to work The ability to build effective business relationships Financial and commercial awareness A strong team ethic
