A requirement for a Project Scheduler has arisen within the Electricity Alliance. You will be accountable to the Zonal Planner and be responsible for the following:-
• Maintaining and updating of Primavera Project plans • Issuing to and collecting weekly progress reports from the project team. • Verifying progress information with the QS • Ensuring project plans are aligned with data & cost capture systems (IFS) •.Providing monthly reporting to Head Office on projects • Assisting projects with the management of programmes, including monthly reviews. • Ensuring compliance with relevant processes & procedures • Confirming outage plans and National Grid specific resources are booked in conjunction with the outage co-ordinator • Ensuring Safety, Health, Environment and Security (SHES) aspects of all schemes within sphere of responsibility are managed and focused to continually improve performance • Live the Alliance values and promote a positive SHE culture

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate should posses the following:
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Primavera planning skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Attention to detail essential • Project experience, with involvement in change control • Good history of record keeping • Good communication, interaction and team-working skills.
