We are looking for a Possession Planner to work for a rail construction company based in Swansea.
The key tasks of this role include:
·Provide assistance in the Possession Management Department, including the working of procedures compatible with Network Rail Possession Management Procedures
·Manage all Possession and Isolation planning, including, as a minimum booking of possessions to current Network Rail Standards, utilizing PPS software and GZAM, organizing site meetings, organizing isolations, attending pre-possessions meetings.
·Manage the Rimini process
·Auditing possession works on site
·Provide resource management support to the Project Team
·Produce progress reports
·Update, maintain and monitor Project Management Tools
·Produce works packs as required
Provide support to the Planning Team
Candidates for this role should meet the following criteria:
·Good organisational skill
·Logical minded
·Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, particularly to be proficient in the use of Excel and PPS
·Attention to detail
·Clean Driving Licence
·Ability to work under own initiative
·Experience working with Networkrail procedures and standards
·Good communicator at all levels
