Our client is a large Oil and Gas company based in the Milford Havon who are actively requiring a highly skilled Senior Proposals Engineer with extensive experience in the Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical industry they are looking for a highly skilled Site commissioning manager
Brief job description: Responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning and where necessary performance testing of cryogenic type process plants such as LNG, Ethylene etc. designed and built by our Client’s. Responsible of management of commissioning activities on site to ensure that they are executed safely and effectively. Assist the Site Commissioning Manager with the input of commissioning requirements to the commissioning plans and procedures. A key member of the Mechanical Completion and Commissioning Team (MC&C). Determine and prepare commissioning procedures to perform and control the activities. Work closely with the Mechanical Completions Database Administrator to establish satisfactory input and records for the various disciplines. The candidate will be responsible to the Site Commissioning Manager.
Experience: The successful candidate must have recognised training with the appropriate LNG plant and equipment commissioning experience. Site experience at both hands on and management positions preferable. Must Have LNG & Cryogenic experience.
Skills: The candidate must have strong leadership skills, good communication and diplomacy skills. The candidate should have an understanding of inter dependencies between disciplines. Also good personnel management skills, computer literacy, and risk evaluation skills will be advantageous.
Qualifications: Minimum HNC or equivalent in appropriate engineering construction discipline.
