Experienced Technical Services Manager required to successfully support non standard products in this client facing role.

Salary & Location: £30-35k + Pension + Private Medical Insurance + 23 days Holiday + Company Car. South Wales, Cardiff.
The Role: Within the remit of the role your main responsibilities will be to work with clients on their non-standard products. You will be their point of contact from initial contact, though to final delivery. You will take down the initial spec, consulting with the client to interpret on their needs and find the best ways to achieve the best result. There is a product matrix which they will have to work with you will have clear guidelines to work with. You will then pass the product into manufacture, and work with both production and the client to find solutions to any issues that arise. This role would ideally be suited to engineers looking for a technically interesting role within a secure and expanding organisation.
The Candidate:
