Due to rapid expansion and continued success, they now have the opportunity for a Senior Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join their hardworking team in South Wales.
Proactive and self motivated, you will be responsible for cost-effective design, testing, commissioning activities and producing the necessary reports accordingly. You will perform design studies and safety reviews in line with regulations and company procedures as well as generating proposals, estimates and specifications in an accurate and timely manner.
They are looking for an experienced technical and engineering professional with demonstrable experience in the application and specification of PES systems and in the specification and selection of field instrumentation. With a sound knowledge of the requirements for hazardous area installations, you will need to be responsible and capable of providing technical expertise at a senior level as you will be involved in instrumentation, control and automation (ICA) activities associated with projects undertaken by the company.
