You would be required to work on an education scheme approx £650k value and a residential carehome scheme approx £650k value.
You will be working with a multi-disciplinary team including Architects, Structural Consultants and Electrical Engineers etc. who deal with commercial and civic building projects for both new-build and refurbishments.
Qualifications required – HNC min and ideally a member of a relevant professional body
Experience required – 10 Years plus trade back ground ideally
Ideally candidates would like to consider transferring to a permanent/fixed term contract after a certain period of time on a freelance basis.
Start date: August/September.
You will be required to report to the Chief Architects.
Own transport essential, mileage will be paid for journeys made for work purposes
