Due to several successes in tender applications, our client are looing to expand the Transportation team in Cardiff.
They are seeking to appoint an experienced Transport Planner / Modeller who can move straight onto existing projects.
The role will include:
- Transport Model development
- Traffic Survey Planning
- Transport Assessments
You will have previous experience working within a Transport Planning consultancy on public sector commisions and private developments.
You will have a good working knowledge of modelling programs such a SATURN and various micro-simulation packages.
The role requires strong numerical and analytical skills, as well as an understanding of the DMRB and WebTAG database.
Any knowledge of MapInfo would be highly advantaeous.
