Highways/Traffic Engineer
This long term contract involves working as an integral part of a busy Engineering team to provide engineering and design support to a fast growing office. An increase in workload has led to this contract post and projects include work on feasibility studies, preliminary and detail design of highways traffic & Infrastructure including Drainage, Contract administration and site approval.
Working in a team environment you will be required to attend client meetings, carry out site visits as and when required, liaise with sub consultants & statutory authorities and on occasion possibly deal directly with members of the public.
An enthusiastic person with good communication skills and local knowledge with previous experience of Highway Authority work and/or work with a local Authority would be an advantage.
