Our client is looking for a civil engineer with a highways bias due to a restructure and aditional work load in the office.
The main role is not to focus on major trunk roads but all the local type highway issues, section 38 and 278 agreements and the suitable candidate will need to be good communicators with clients and local authorities.
Basic CAD skills will be an advantage.
